Tarmo Maaronen, born 1963 in Urjala, Finland, has blowing glass since 1979.  Between 1995-1997 he worked as a teacher for Scandinavian glass techniques in San Giovanni Valdarno.  In 1997 he founded his own glass studio Bianco Blu in Fiskars, where he still works from.
